INGREDIENTS- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup spinach or kale
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed + chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave
- 1 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash your mixed berries and spinach or kale.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
