COLLAGEN PANNA COTTA
INGREDIENTS:
- (13.5 oz) can of full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 Nutrili Beauty Collagen Shot
- 1 1/2 teaspoons agar agar powder (or flakes)
- Optional toppings: fresh raspberries
DIRECTIONS:
- In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, unsweetened coconut flakes, honey or maple syrup, the Nutrili Beauty Collagen Shot, and agar agar powder.
- Stir the mixture until everything is well blended.
- Place the saucepan on medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly.
- Once it starts to simmer, reduce the heat and let it simmer gently for about 2-3 minutes, stirring to ensure the agar agar fully dissolves.
- Carefully pour the mixture into molds of your choice—ramekins, glasses, or silicone molds work beautifully.
- Refrigerate the molds for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the panna cotta is set and firm.
- When ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator. Optionally, garnish each panna cotta with fresh raspberries for a pop of color and flavor.
- Enjoy the creamy, coconutty goodness of your Collagen Panna Cotta!
